Pension Fund Experience

Much of our work has been serving state and local pension funds. The knowledge gained serves us well in all of our projects.

Pension funds’ systems are highly-complex, including the challenges of implementing and maintaining multi-directional interfaces with employers, payroll and accounting systems, banking entities, insurance and reciprocal systems and high-precision calculations that handle hundreds of variables in multiple, complex scenarios.

We understand the unique challenges using and maintaining detailed contribution and service data for an individual participant, which may span 40 or more years in weekly increments before retirement and 20 to 30 years beyond. All the while, that data must be protected and secured, able to withstand audit and legal questions reaching back over years or decades, while allowing flexibility for new implementations and legislative change.
